At Budget Workforce, we support and have developed a RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) to promote healthy relationships with Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders. We want to work towards closing the social and economic gap between cultures.
Our Purpose
Our RAP focuses on respect, a culture we promote both within Budget Workforce and the wider community. It enables us to create workplace diversity and opens up professional and collaborative working relationships in various new industries across all our teams at Budget Workforce.
